All orders placed through CloughGill are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted methods. Title to products passes to you upon our receipt of full payment, but risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

CloughGill will ship products to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses.

6. Refund Policy

CloughGill offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most controllers, mice, and headphones, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
Items returned without prior authorization.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

For defective or incorrect items, CloughGill will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
